THIS AGREEMENT made
the 2 nd day of June, 2000.
AMONG:
ONTARIO FIRST NATIONS GENERAL PARTNER INC.
a corporation incorporated under the laws of the Province
of Ontario(hereinafter called the "General
Partner")
OF THE FIRST PART
- and -
the First Nations who have executed this Agreement
and each First Nation who from time to time executes
this Agreement or a counterpart hereof and who becomes
a Limited Partner in accordance with the terms hereof
(hereinafter collectively called the "Limited
Partners" and individually called a "Limited
Partner")
